Before applying the applicants are advised to read the instructions/conditions carefully and ensure that they fulfil the requisite qualifications and other conditions. The candidature of the candidates will be rejected if they are found ineligible at a later stage. 1. Applications are invited from eligible candidates in
the prescribed format (i.e. application form ‘A’) for the following
administrative and teaching posts (Sr. No. 1 to 13) in the University. The
application form alongwith details of essential qualifications, pay-scale,
general instructions and conditions etc. can be downloaded from the University
Website http://www.llruvas.edu.in. The duly filled in application form
alongwith attested photocopies of required certificates and documents should be
received at the address “The Registrar, LUVAS, Hisar-125004” on or before 14th September,
2014 (29th September, 2014 for candidates residing abroad). Application
processing fee in the shape of bank draft of Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 300/- for
SC/BCA/BCB/SBC/EBPGC) for posts at Sr. No. 1 to 13, drawn in favour of “The
Registrar LUVAS, Hisar” and payable at Hisar should be attached with each
application form. No amount will be accepted through cheque, cash, money-order
or postal-order. The women candidates of Haryana shall also be granted 50%
concession in application processing fee. Persons with disability belonging to
Haryana State shall be exempted from payment of application processing fee.
In-service candidates should apply through proper channel, however, they must
submit an advance copy on or before the last date of application. Benefit of
reservation will be admissible only to those SC/BCA/BCB/SBC/PWD/ESM/
EBPGC/Sports candidates who are domiciles of Haryana State.

II. Online application from the eligible candidates are
also invited for filling up the following non-teaching posts (Sr. No. 14 to 20)
on the prescribed application form available at http://luvasrecruitment.com
alongwith downloadable prescribed qualifications and instructions/conditions
with a provision of online payment of application processing fee of Rs. 800/-
(Rs. 200/- for SC/BCA/BCB/SBC/EBPGC) for posts at Sr. No. 14 to 18, and Rs.
400/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/BCA/BCB/SBC/EBPGC) for posts at Sr. No. 19 to 20. The
women candidates of Haryana shall also be granted 50% concession in application
processing fee. Persons with disability belonging to Haryana State shall be
exempted from payment of application processing fee. In addition, candidates of
all categories applying online will also have to bear the actual bank charges.
Incomplete applications and the applications not received on the prescribed
format or received after due date will not be considered. In-service candidates
should apply through proper channel, however, they must submit an advance copy
online on or before the last date of application. Benefit of reservation will
be admissible only to those SC/BC/SBC/PWD/ESM/EBPGC/sports candidates who are
domiciles of Haryana State. Candidates applying for the posts from Sr. No. 14
to 18 should submit their application on form ‘B’ and from Sr. No. 19 and 20 on
application form ‘C’.

Note:
i)
The posts at Sr. No. 1 – 5 will be filled on tenurial basis for a period of 4
years only. However, no Dean/Director/Registrar shall be given second term.
Even those applicants who have already served one term in any other University
will not be considered. Provided further that where a person has already worked
as Dean/Director/Registrar in the past, that period will be reduced from
his/her term of 4 years, if it exceeds 90 days.
ii)
The appointment to the post of Comptroller shall be on regular basis. He/she
could also be appointed by transfer or on deputation from the State Govt./Govt.
of India/ICAR/any other autonomous Institutions established under the Act of
State Assembly or Parliament. The representative of Finance Deptt. Govt. of
Haryana or Comptroller/equivalent from a university may also apply.
iii)
If, the applications for the posts from Sr. No. 15 to 20 are more than 15 times
of the number of posts advertised, the candidates may be shortlisted on the
basis of written test/type test/shorthand test/skill test/physical test etc. as
applicable.
iv) If, the PWD candidates are
not available, the post reserved for PWD will be filled by General category
candidates.
