3. Entrance Test (except NRI) : To be conducted by VCI (AIPVT-2016) on 14.05.2016
4. Counselling and Registration : The details of counselling and registration schedule
shall be displayed on the website (www.luvas.edu.in)
by mid of July 2016.
5. NRI Candidates

ii) With late fee of Rs. 500/- 25.07.2016

Note: Fees and other charges shall have to be deposited by all the candidates including
NRI at the time of counselling.
Application Processing and Counselling fees (non-refundable) :
Rs. 1200*/- for General Category and Management Quota Seats (IIVER)
Rs. 300*/- for SC/BC/EBPGC Categories of Haryana State
Rs. 3700*/- for NRI and Foreign Nationals
* In addition, the candidate shall have to bear the actual Bank Charges.
Important : Candidates are advised to keep visiting university website regularly for
latest updates.

Instructions

  • Please read instructions carefully before you begin the application process.
  • You have to ensure that you fill in all details and complete the entire process at one go. If you leave
    it in between, you will have to start the process again.
  • Applicant filling the online application should pay the application fee through online payment mode.
    The payment options available are Debit card / Credit card / Net Banking. Make sure that you have the
    Card details or Bank details ready before starting the online application process.
  • After you have completed the form and made payment, you will get a unique application ID. Please use
    this ID in all communications.
  • You will need to upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature and latest category certificate
    in the online application form.
  • Failure of production of original certificate/documents at counseling will result in cancellation of
    admission.
  • It is recommended to use Mozilla 5.0 or above or Google Chrome for filling applications.

Important note

  • Only those candidates, who have applied for AIPVT - 2016 are eligible to apply for admission to BVSc & AH programme of LUVAS at Hisar as well as IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak.
  • Failure of production of original certificates/documents by the applicants at counseling will result in cancellation of admission.
  • Read the prospectus carefully before filling the application form. The completed application on the website be submitted on or before the
    last date at luvas.edu.in.
  • Unattested coloured Passport size photo without cap/ dark glasses taken on or after 01.01.2016, depicting the date of photo and name of the candidate to be uploaded.
  • Last date to apply without late fee is :
    i. 20.04.2016 for COVS, Hisar and IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak.
    ii. 18.07.2016 for NRI Seats.
  • Last date to apply with late fee of Rs.500/- is :
    i.    07.05.2016 for COVS, Hisar and State Quota Seats of IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak.
    ii.    30.06.2016 for Management Quota Seats of IIVER, Bahu Akbarpur, Rohtak.
    iii.    25.07.2016 for NRI Seats.
  • Applicants are advised not to submit any hard copy of their online application form and documents to LUVAS, Hisar. They need to carry the
    original and photocopies of documents during counselling session.
