2. QUALIFICATION: 
            The applicant should be at least middle pass with punjabi/hindi one of the subject.

       3. DISQUALIFICATION:

           No person:-
                     
(a) Who has entered into or contracter a marrige with a     person having a spouse living or;
 (b)Who having a spouse living has entered into contracter 
 a marrige with any person.
